Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic Manager/Senior Manager for MIS and Analytics to lead data-driven decision-making efforts across the organization. In this role, you will lead a team of analysts to collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources, transforming insights into actionable recommendations for the business. Your expertise in data analytics, coupled with strong leadership skills, will be vital in steering the company towards its strategic objectives.

Key Responsibility Areas:

    • Lead a team of data analysts, providing guidance, mentorship, and support in daily activities.
    • Design and implement an analytics strategy aligned with the company’s business goals.
    • Collect, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources, including internal operations, finance, and third-party tools, to identify trends and opportunities.
    • Specifically, gather and analyze financial data monthly, quarterly, and annually to assess revenue, cost, and EBITDA by business vertical, product, process, and location.
    • Deliver regular profitability analyses and insights to Senior Management, offering recommendations for areas of improvement.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally to define KPIs and develop dashboards and reports to measure performance.
    • Provide actionable insights to stakeholders based on data analysis to support data-driven decisions and business growth.
    • Identify areas for automation to enhance productivity and serve as a liaison between IT and operations for implementation.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in analytics tools to drive continuous improvement.
    • Lead data governance initiatives, ensuring data quality, accuracy, and security.
    • Partner with IT teams to optimize data infrastructure, systems, and tools for efficient data processing.
    • Communicate complex findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior management, through presentations, reports, and visualizations.
    • Promote a culture of data-driven decision-making, fostering a continuous improvement mindset across the organization.

Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Data Analytics, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
    • 8-10 years of experience in analytics or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
    • Strong track record in delivering impactful insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
    • Experience in formulating and executing analytics strategies in a corporate setting.
    • Solid understanding of data governance principles and practices.
    • Exceptional people and stakeholder management skills.
    • Familiarity with data visualization tools and best practices.
    • Experience with large datasets and statistical analysis techniques.
    • Relevant certifications in analytics tools or methodologies are a plus.
