Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled MIS Executive to manage and consolidate operations-related data and generate insightful reports for management. The role involves handling key operational documents (such as revenue, billing, and banking operations) and ensuring the smooth implementation of key initiatives within the region.

Key Responsibility Areas:

    • Analyze data to identify weaknesses, trends, and opportunities for business improvement.
    • Prepare and present reports that effectively communicate trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data.
    • Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly operational analysis.
    • Generate and distribute accurate and timely management reports.
    • Maintain MIS documentation for smooth operations and system maintenance.
    • Assess and enhance existing business processes for greater efficiency.
    • Track project statuses and proactively communicate updates to management and stakeholders.
    • Ensure secure and efficient data storage, organization, and analysis while maintaining confidentiality.
    • Assist in preparing Purchase Orders (POs) for the Procurement & Logistics team.
    • Support business and portfolio forecasting activities.
    • Collaborate with various departments to fulfill data requirements.
    • Conduct meaningful data analysis to identify trends and provide actionable insights for decision-making.
    • Assist in forecasting annual and periodic budgets in coordination with business teams.
    • Manage entity-level reporting and undertake special projects and ad hoc analyses as required by senior management.

Requirements:

    • Education: Any graduate.
    • Experience: 3–5 years in an MIS reporting role.
    • Technical Skills:
      • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Advanced Excel).
      • Experience with Power BI and other data visualization tools is a plus.
    • Analytical & Computational Skills:
      • Strong logical reasoning and problem-solving abilities.
      • Experience working with accounting and financial data.
    • Industry Knowledge: Exposure to the banking/NBFC sector is preferred.
    • Soft Skills:
      • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
      • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
      • Team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
